Join Sarah as she guides you through a 60 min flow class.
Classes will begin at 10AM on January 22nd, February 26th, March 26th, April 30th, May 28, June 25th
Classes will be $10.
Bring your mat, water, and yoga blocks if they are in your practice. All levels welcome and modifications are provided. Come flow and enjoy some delicious bites and brews after!
