Modern problems demand modern pirates! With a wide musical range, Plunder & Lightning bridges a gap between dead-serious, driving folk-rock and musical theatre. They deliver hooks that call upon the eldergods of indie, punk, and classic shanty, sometimes seasoned by 50s rock, reggae, or whisky romanticizing the pirate's life through rich storytelling. While no genre is sacred, no topic is off-limits from their parody including cannibalism, accidental castration, or celebrity defecation.
